职位一 风电事业部高级商务经理-Senior Business Development Manager  2名


工作范围:全国范围内出差计划,首选办公地点上海、北京,条件适合者异地亦可

汇报对象:风电事业部业务发展总监

薪酬福利:基本工资+六险一金+销售佣金+年终奖金+股权激励计划

主要岗位职责:

1. 负责区域内风力发电、进口或国产高端齿轮箱厂等重点用户开发与维护、经销商与渠道管理等;

2. 提供特种润滑剂领域现有及潜在用户现场技术咨询、服务、解决方案制订、突出事件处理等;

3. 管理和培训商务合作伙伴或渠道经销商销售人员,最大限度满足重点用户需求;

4. 积极推进风电领域新产品、新技术与解决方案至核心用户,拓展新生意机会。


岗位基本要求:

1. 大学或以上学历,工程、机械、化工类等专业;

2.5年以上风电行业特种润滑剂或进口轴承、齿轮箱、电机等设备销售与技术服务经验;

3. 良好的沟通与人际关系技巧;

4. 良好的团队意识,自我激励,积极主动;

5. 基本的英文运用能力和计算机操作技能,熟悉掌握各种常用办公软件


Major Responsibilities:

1. To take charge of regional wind power, gearbox key account development and management, distributor and business channel management.

2. To provide on-spot technical service and trouble-shooting solving for special lubricants being used in the existing customers to meet customers’ expectation.

3. To take responsibility of management and training to sales team of business partners and distributors to meet the requirements of key account.

4. To actively promote new products/solutions to customers/industries, explore new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, machinery and petrochemical.

2. At least 5 years' working experience in specialty lubricants or bearing, gearbox facilities technical service in above industry.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Be a good team player, self-motivated, and show initiative & creativity

5. Good command of English and PC Software
